The Launch of the Calendar of Events for Clonakilty 400 by Dr. Matthew Potter, University of Limerick was held on Friday 23rd November, 2012 in O'Donovan's Hotel, Clonakilty at a very well attended function hosted by Cllr. Cionnaith OSuilleabháin, Mayor of Clonakilty. Chairman of Duchas Clonakilty Heritage Cllr. John Loughnan, who acted as compere on the night advised that the 2013 Calendar featuring original artwork and historical text by Tomás Tuipéar will be on sale for €5 in John McCarthy and Paddy Meade's newsagents and also on 8th December. From Monday 26th they will also be on sale in all Clonakilty Bookshops. The August Gathering Clonakilty postcards are also on sale at a very reasonable price of €1 for two.
